Karungaapiyam is directed by Deekay. The movie is currently in the fast phase of shooting right now. This film featuring Kajal aggarwal, Regina Cassandra in important roles. Right now, Kajal’s portions of the shooting is in progress.

DeeKay earlier directed Yaamirukka bayamey & Kavalai vendam. Yaamirukka Bayamaey was one such a kind of horror and well recieved by audiences but Kavalai Vendam didn’t went well as expected even though it has an huge star cast.

Apart from Karungaapiyam, he has completed shooting for another comedy horror film Kaateri which stars Vaibhav, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Sonam Bajwa and Aathmika and is yet to release.
