Legend Directors Mani Ratnam and Shankar have collaborated together to start new production house, Rain On Films Private Limited.
Along with 10 famous directors of Tamil cinema most probably from kollywood industry, this production house is gonna produce films, web series & short films for several OTT platforms.
Team includes Vetrimaaran, GVM, Lingusamy, Mysskin, Poo Sasi, Vasanta balan, Lokesh Kanagaraj, Balaji Shakthivel, & ARM they all come together to produce new films & web series 😊
Few weeks before Maniratnam latest production venture Navarasa has been released in OTT Netflix.
Now he has joined with director Shankar to start a new production house in the name of Rain on Films Private Limited.
This team includes 10 renowened directors in the board who’re most likely to produce & direct the films for various OTT platforms.
It seems like The first release of the production house is from director Lokesh Kanagaraj. He will kick start the project soon once he has done the film with kamalhaasan.
Sources sad that this film will be an minimum budget film like Maanagaram. The cast and crew is on the cards for the new film and hasn’t been finalised as of now.
