It’s been 11+ years since the release of an Hyperlink action drama film “Vaanam” featured Silambarasan as cable raja, Bharath as Bharath, Anushka Shetty as Saroja, Prakash Raj as Rahimuddin Qureshi, Saranya as Lakshmi, Sonia Agarwal as Zara Rahim, Santhanam as Tantanatan Seenu, Vega Tamotia as Laasya, Jasmin Bhasin as Priya, VTV Ganesh as “Bhajana” Ganesh, Jayaprakash as Mansoor Khan.
The Story revolves around the five different people from different walks of life and illustrates how their fates intertwine on New Year’s Eve at a hospital in metropolitan city Chennai. This film is directed by Krish and produced by VTV Ganesh
It is the remake of the own Telugu film Vedam which released in the year 2010 starring Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka Shetty.
Vaanam’s Cable raja character is one of the most iconic character in STR Silambarasan’s career. He flirts, do some humours, steals the things, Exposes the pain of love and fell into tears, play with cute kids, Fights with terrorists.
Not only for Simbu, Anushka shetty had such a great space in the film to elevate the gorgeous & bold role in the movie.
Anushka Shetty own the art of breaking stereotype roles. She looked divinely gorgeous as Saroja. It was one of her gutsy move ♥️ in her cinema career in the year 2011.
All other artists including Bharath, Saranya Ponvannan, Prakash raj, Jayaprakash, Santhanam, VTV ganesh & Jasmin Bhasin are impressed and did justice to the roles
