Unfortuantely Kayadu lohar missed the last year blockbuster “Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu” featured Simbu as the lead.
On 6th August 2021, Gautham Menon revealed the title of the film with Silambarasan TR playing the lead role and also revealed “Kayadu Lohar” as lead pair in the same month.
But due to some reasons Kayadu Stepped out of the project at the last moment and the lead pair role has been replaced by “Siddhi Idnani” January 2022.
